Choose from the Kamani Cove, The Beach, Makana Terrace or the Bay Terrace. Begin customizing your "Special Day" by choosing one of our beautiful wedding sites. This fee includes the coordination, setup of the site on property, your personal wedding attendant, chairs with white chair covers (up to 50 covers included), white runner for the aisleway, cake, champagne, signing tables and a water station. Bookings and Payment Policy Wedding reservations are made in the order in which they are received. A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book an event, and will be applied to the final billing. A full estimated pre-payment is due (14) days prior to the event. All Wedding Packages are subject to a 4.16% state tax. The Luxury Wedding Package is available January 4 through December 19 inclusive. All functions held on the following observed holidays are subject to additional labor fee: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Cancellation Policy The $1,000.00 initial deposit is non-refundable. Should your agreement be terminated for any reason other than Acts of God, the initial deposit shall remain non-refundable. In addition, a cancellation fee will be billed as liquidated damages. Payment for liquidated damages due as a result of cancellation of your agreement shall be made at the time of cancellation.
